About Me

Dennis Venezia was born in a little town of 10,000 people located in The Hudson Highlands roughly 52 miles from NYC called Putnam Valley. He was born into a family with extensive experience in the construction industry.

As soon as he was able, he worked for the family owned construction business learning the trade. After High school he attended Mercy College where he was studying to become a Pharmacist. After 2 and half years of college, Chris was born so Dennis decided to go into business in order to support his new family. Dennis is married to Joyce and they will be celebrating 32 years of marriage in August. They have three wonderful children the oldest Chris is a practicing attorney here in GA for the dept. of labor, Jaclyn, his middle child is attending Mercer law School and the baby Nicholas is a senior at GA Southern studying for a degree in finance.  Dennis has been an entrepreneur since his college days and has had several successful business ventures in wholesale, retail jewelry and in the construction industry. Currently he holds an Associate Brokers license and is affiliated with Solid Source Realty, Inc. of Georgia. Dennis has been an award winning top producing REALTOR consistently in the top 10% of all Georgia REALTORS since he became a REALTOR in 2003. He also holds the highest designated individual license granted as a General Contractor in the State of Georgia.

We rehab properties for individuals and banks and have done several 203K FHA rehab loan work for buyers who want to buy a fixer upper.
